The BIG Project - Ben & Jodie's Wedding

I've been quite quiet on here for some time now.. so I thought I'd show you why! Last weekend dear friends of mine, Ben and Jodie, got married and I had they joy of creating all these for their special day. There were boards, signs, place tags, table numbers, table plans, and even a little postbox for the happy couple. It was an absolute pleasure to create all these little touches and very rewarding to see it all come together at the end. How I love doing work for weddings! Fun Animal Photography Competition

Although I can neither claim the photographic skills or the wit responsible for these (absolutely all my hilarious parents), I thought I'd share this entry with you all.

Rio (the doberman dog) and Lola (the cute lionhead rabbit) were wondering if they could be bridesmaids at the wedding, what do you think?

Returning with a garden sign

I've been lacking in posts pretty recently - busy summers leave little spare time. But I thought I'd return with a picture of something I made for my mum's Birthday, something she's been angling after for some time.. a garden sign. I can conclude that pyrography is a very lengthy process! All worth it though from the look on her face. Hope you like :)

Furthermore.. I had another commission during the holidays. A picture to be given as a gift to a little girl at her christening - from her godmummy :)

Lu-bug's Nursery

I did some pictures for my Goddaughter's (still makes me smile to say that) nursery a while back. Her mummy and daddy wanted something that was fun enough to go in a nursery, but cool enough to go around the house when Lu- bug grows up. So here's what I came up with - I prayed that God would use the bible verses in each of them as reminders of who He is, and through that their love for him would grow.

I wondered whether they were something that there might be a market for - There's not a huge amount of cool christian stuff to put on your walls out there, so I thought why not make some. I've recently taken another commission through people seeing these - and would love to take more! Get in touch if you're interested :)
